Our Cadillac Fan is best used to create large exterior wind effects.l It can also be used with a Rain Ring to create a hurricane effect. This fan does not tilt but it does pan side to side. The fan also has forklift boots on the bottom for lifting into the air with an extended reach forklift. Optional Items: Rain ring; trailer or forklift for transport
